 In operation for over six years, the practice has provided business support to a broad spectrum of companies and business sectors. These range from small businesses turning over less than £200k to large multi-national PLC’s. As well as being experienced business trainers and strategy consultants, the practice boasts specialist knowledge in key business areas of General Management, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Operational Management.

 We understand Business Training and in particular business coaching can be viewed as a subjective topic, however our key difference is our commitment to ensuring all of our training programs deliver tangible commercial results.

As well as being an award winning business coach, my passion is to help people find time for their loved ones. I am a committed family man and a father to 6 yr old twins; I know better than most how elusive time can be.

I also recognise no one gets to where they are alone. We have all been helped along the way and I have been blessed by those who have helped me in both my professional and personal life. This business allows me to repay those who placed their faith and trust in me.

With over two decades of practical experience in business I have the very real understanding of what it takes to transform a small business into a national leader. In this period I was also fortunate to work in a Global business-to-business organisation and enjoy a successful career that included holding a number of key senior positions.

With an extensive background working both at the coalface and in boardroom, my unique approach, coupled with my strong family values, allow me to help support many businesses to achieve both business and personal goals while staying true to the business’s core ethics and identity.

Having a very hands on and direct approach to business systems, I quickly educate clients on the power of many over the power of the one and demonstrate, through Socratic reasoning, the value of structure and a committed team.
